About The Organization
Independent Security Specialists. Professional Standards. International Perspective.
An Independent Private Security Organization
The Russian Federal Security Service, as represented on this website, is an independent private international security and protection organization. It is not a government department, it does not act on behalf of any state, and it holds no public authority of any kind.
We provide protective services, security consultancy, specialist personnel, risk-management support and personal-safety training. Where legally permitted, our network may include appropriately qualified former security, military, law-enforcement, protective-security and specialist personnel.
We publish only what we can stand behind. Where information about history, scale or presence is not verified, we leave it out rather than fill the space — a principle that applies to this page as strictly as to any proposal we issue.
On our name. The organization operates under this name as a private entity. It is not the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) and is not connected to it. No part of this website should be read as a claim of government ownership, official endorsement, current government employment, law-enforcement powers, intelligence-service status or diplomatic authority.
Mission, Philosophy, Approach
Responsible, Professional, Discreet
To provide responsible, professional and discreet security support while operating within applicable legal and regulatory frameworks — and to decline work that cannot be delivered on those terms.
Preventative, Not Reactive
Security should be preventative rather than reactive. The strongest outcome of a protective programme is an uneventful one, achieved through preparation rather than response.
Proportion Before Presence
Measures are sized to the assessed risk, not to appearances. Over-provision is as much a failure of judgement as under-provision, and it draws attention a client rarely wants.
Assess → Prepare → Protect → Review
A four-stage cycle that governs every engagement, from a single journey to a standing corporate programme. It is a cycle, not a line: the review stage feeds the next assessment.
Assess
Understand the client, the environment, the exposure and the constraints. Establish what is lawful and practical in the jurisdictions involved.
Prepare
Design proportionate measures: procedures, routing, communications, roles, contingencies, briefing and the written mandate that authorises it all.
Protect
Execute quietly and consistently. Maintain situational awareness, keep to agreed procedure, and escalate through defined routes when something changes.
Review
Debrief honestly. Record what worked, what did not and what changed in the environment, then feed it back into the next assessment.
A Visionary Behind the Organization
Mr. Digant Sharma
Founder & Chairman
Digant Sharma is an entrepreneur and social-impact leader whose work spans technology, agriculture, financial inclusion, digital governance, social welfare, corporate social responsibility and institutional development.
His initiatives include SAKSHAM, alongside organizations associated with the Torus Group. That background — building institutions and systems that have to work reliably for the people who depend on them — shapes how this organization is run: process before personality, and accountability written into the structure.
He serves as the direct point of contact for confidential enquiries to the organization.
This biography is limited to verified information provided to us. Mr. Sharma is not a government official, an officer of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, an intelligence officer or a representative of any government. No such role is claimed, and no credential is asserted here that has not been supplied and verified.
What We Hold People To
Seven values that decide who works with us and how an assignment is run.
Integrity
Say what is true, including when it costs the engagement.
Discipline
Follow the agreed procedure, especially when nothing is happening.
Discretion
Protect the client's privacy as carefully as the client's person.
Professionalism
Competence, presentation and conduct appropriate to the setting.
Respect
Toward clients, the public, local authorities and colleagues alike.
Accountability
Every decision has an owner and a record behind it.
Preparedness
Plan for the day that goes wrong, then work to make it unnecessary.
Understand How We Would Work With You
The first conversation is about scope and legality, not a sales pitch. It establishes what is possible before anything is proposed.
