Security Services

The full range of protective, advisory and training disciplines — with a clear line drawn between consultancy and regulated security activity.

Two Categories, Deliberately Kept Separate

Some of what we do is advisory: we assess, design, document and train. Some of it is operational: people physically performing a security function. The two are governed very differently, and we do not blur them.

Category A

Consultancy & Advisory

Assessment, planning, policy, preparedness and training. Delivered as professional advice and documentation. Available in most jurisdictions, subject to local rules on advisory work.

Category B

Regulated Security Services

Activity where people perform a security function — typically licensed, registered and restricted by law. Availability depends entirely on the jurisdiction and on permissions lawfully held there.

02  /  Protective services

Protective Services

Where people are the measure. Each of these is subject to licensing and local law.

Executive Protection

Discreet protective support for executives, principals, families and other eligible clients. Built on advance work — assessment, routing, venue liaison, communications and contingency — so that visible intervention is rarely necessary.

Personal Security

Individually scoped support for people whose exposure is personal rather than corporate: private movement, residence routines, family logistics and day-to-day arrangements designed to reduce predictability without disrupting normal life.

Corporate Security

Security frameworks designed around an organization's actual requirements and risk profile: access control principles, site and premises arrangements, staff procedures, visitor and contractor handling, incident reporting and the governance that keeps it all maintained.

Travel Security

Security planning and risk-awareness support for international travel. Itinerary review, destination briefing, arrival and departure arrangements, accommodation considerations, communications planning and a clear procedure for what happens if plans change in transit.

Residential Security Consultancy

Assessment of a residence and its routines: approach and boundary, entry points, lighting, visibility, alarm and camera arrangements, staff and contractor procedures, and the household habits that quietly undo good physical measures.

Event-Security Planning

Planning support for private, corporate and public-facing events: venue assessment, access and accreditation design, crowd-flow considerations, contractor coordination, emergency and evacuation procedure, and liaison with venue and local services.

Advisory & Consultancy

Work delivered as professional advice, documentation and training rather than as a physical security presence — and therefore available far more widely.

Services are modular: engaged individually, or connected into one programme with a single point of accountability.
Advisory 01

Security Assessments

Structured review of a person, residence, site, event or organization to identify vulnerabilities, document exposure and establish a baseline that future decisions can be measured against.

Advisory 02

Risk-Management Consulting

Applying a five-stage framework — assess, identify, prioritise, mitigate, review — to produce proportionate controls an organization can realistically sustain.

Advisory 03

Protective Intelligence

Structured analysis of lawful, client-provided and openly available information to inform protective decisions. We do not conduct surveillance of individuals, covert collection or any activity requiring official powers.

Advisory 04

Security Training

Lawful awareness, personal-safety and preparedness training for individuals, families, travelling staff and workplace teams.

Advisory 05

Emergency Preparedness

Practical procedures for medical emergencies, fire, evacuation, loss of communications and other disruptions — written so that people who are not security professionals can follow them under stress.

Advisory 06

Crisis Planning

Decision-making structures for serious events: who decides, who is informed, how the organization communicates, and how it returns to normal operation afterwards.

How availability is determined. Nothing on this page should be read as a statement that a given service is available in a given country. Protective services in particular are regulated in most jurisdictions. Before any engagement, we confirm the legal position, licensing requirements and practical feasibility for the specific location, and we say clearly when the answer is that we cannot proceed.
